The construction team at MBS Dynamic is one of the most versatile in the business. Since the company’s founding, it has built virtually every type of apartment home available today, including traditional garden-style apartments, modern mid-rise and high-rise buildings in challenging infill locations, and workforce, student and age-restricted housing.

DRIVING INVESTMENT PERFORMANCE
Operating since 1993, The Development Team, now working exclusively under MBS DYNAMIC LLC has completed over 500 ground-up construction or rehab projects, conservatively valued at $1.5 billion and measuring more than 50 million square feet in commercial product.
DEVELOPMENT
MBS Residential Services is the in-house division of MBS Dynamic specializing in property management. The decision to form the residential services division highlights a unique aspect of the company's culture - its desire to continually improve.
CREATING BETTER COMMUNITIES
MBS utilizes a flat organizational structure that results in a nimble, quick-response management system. The company trains its associates to act as owner-operators in order to maximize performance.
STRATEGY
MBS Dynamic purchases aging industrial warehouses or near vacant land and develops modern commercial industrial facilities ultimately intended for owner operators to occupy.
OUR TARGET MARKETS
The Company has identified four submarkets — Port of Los Angeles, San Fernando
Valley, San Gabriel Valley, and Central Los Angeles, as demonstrating high-demand, low-vacancies (2.1%) and more than 75% of the current core assets as “aging.”
